摘要 运用AMESim液压仿真软件平台建立太阳能自动跟踪液压控制系统模型,实现液压控制系统的运动仿真分析,并采用PID控制使其能够自动地实现精确的轨迹跟踪,完成抛物槽与太阳最大效率的对焦。仿真结果表明所设计的液压控制系统能够精确地控制执行机构的速度和方向,达到了预定的要求。 The hydraulic control system for solar autotracer's manipulators were modeled by applying simulation software AMESim.The main model parameters were set,and the motion simulation of hydraulic control system was accomplished.The precise tracking performance and the maximum effiency of the focus of parabolic trough and sun were achieved by using PID controller.The hydraulic control system for solar autotracer simulation results and the experimental results show that the design of hydraulic control system is precise for the speed control to achieve the preconcerted requirements.
