摘要
为了提高大型中厚板轧机液压压下的自动厚度控制系统设计的合理性,以板形和板厚为设计目标,对轧钢机压下液压系统进行优化设计。重点分析液压AGC性能特点、系统实现的主要功能、参数选择、主缸柱塞直径与增压缸设计的合理匹配等,并对液压AGC系统进行仿真试验,结果表明轧钢机的整机性能得到了优化。
Taking shape and thickness as design goals,the design of hydraulic pressure system of large plate mill was optimized in order to improve design rationality of the automatic gauge control(AGC) system.Key performance characteristics of the hydraulic AGC,realization of system main functions,parameters selection,rational matching of the master cylinder piston diameter and pressurized cylinder were analyzed.The simulation test of the hydraulic AGC system was made.The results show the performance of the rolling mill machine is optimized.
