数字流量阀的设计与应用

Design and Application of Digital Flow Valve

介绍数字流量阀的设计及应用。该阀在传统流量阀的基础上,加上一台小型步进电机和一套螺旋副机构,控制流量阀阀芯的开度大小实现节流调速。通过分析阀芯节流口流量特性建立流量阀理论模型。应用PLC直接控制步进电机,并利用液压系统的反馈,实现对流量阀的数字闭环控制。并给出应用实例。

A new digital flow valve was designed and applied.A step motor and a set of thread motion mechanism were added in traditional flow valve which were used to control the opening of valve core of flow valve to adjust speed.The theoretical model was established through the analysis of fluid flow characteristics of the valve core orifice.PLC was used to drive and control the step motor.The feedback of hydraulic system was used to constitute a closed loop control system for the digital flow valve.An actual application was described.
