摘要
采用SolidWorks建立气雾剂阀门的快速包装设备本体结构的模型。在软件设计方面,用UML用例图对软件系统进行分析;在分析整个系统功能模块的基础上,在固高的运动控制卡提供的动态链接库的基础上运用C#语言编写整个高速包装设备的控制系统并进行测试。测试结果表明,系统能快速、平稳地完成一系列包装动作,符合用户的要求。
The modeling of body structure for the rapid packaging equipment for aerosol valve was established by using SolidWorks.In software design,UML sample drawings was used to analysis the software system.Based on analyzing entire functional modules of the system,and on the basis of dynamic link library provided by Googol＇s motion-control card,by using C language,the high-speed packaging equipment＇s control systems in a whole set was programmed and tested.Test results show that,packaging movement in a series can be completed rapidly and stably and requirements of customer were met.
