摘要
基于预紧力下的滚珠丝杠副滚珠及螺母滚道的模型,提出了滚珠丝杠副滚珠进出滚道的受力分析方法,推导出了滚珠丝杠摩擦阻力矩波动的计算模型,并进一步分析了丝杠各参数对滚珠丝杠副摩擦阻力矩的影响;试验结果表明,随着预紧力增大滚珠丝杠副的摩擦阻力矩波动也随着增大,波动频率对应于滚珠进出滚道的频率。
Based on the model of ball screw's balls and nut raceway under the load of preload force,a andysis method of the force is proposed when the ball is pushed into and out of the raceway,and computing model of ball screw friction torque fluctuation is deduced.Effects of ball screw parameters on its friction torque is analyzed father.The test results indicated that friction torque fluctuation arises along with the preload force increment and its frequency responds to the frequency of ball pushed into and out of the raceway.
