摘要
对装载机铰接向心关节轴承的结构特点与承载特点进行分析,总结出向心关节轴承在装载机作业过程中的载荷工况。利用HyperMesh与ANSYS软件接口,实现关节轴承准确的建立有限元计算模型,并计算出各工况下关节轴承的应力分布云图。有限元分析结果与市场反馈信息吻合,有力证明了分析的正确性。本文中的分析计算结果为装载机处向心关节轴承的设计与改进提供有益的参考。
The load conditions of radial spherical plain bearing in the work of loader are sum up by the analysis of structural and loading character of radial spherical plain bearing in loader hinge joint.Finite element calculation model of radial spherical plain bearing is founded and its stress distribution graph in every working condition is calculated right and quickly by interface between HyperMesh and ANSYS.The result of finite element analysis is the same to the message from market feedback.It is powerful to improve validity of analysis.The result of analysis is useful as reference for design and improvement of radial spherical plain bearing in loader hinge joint.
