摘要
粘扣是油套管接头的主要失效形式之一,油套管一旦发生粘扣,将直接影响油套管的密封性能和连接强度,从而给油田的正常生产带来不利影响。对6根螺纹参数符合API 5B标准的139.7×9.17 mm N80 LC套管,按照不同扭矩进行全尺寸实验,以及对螺纹拧接的Lam e公式分析。结果表明,高扭矩上扣时,螺纹更易发生粘扣现象。
Galling is one of the main failure forms of oil tubing and casing connections. The galling deteriorates seal performance and connection strength of oil tubing and casing directly. Thus, it brings some unpleasant influences to oil industry. Six Ф 139.7 × 9.17 mm N80 LC specimens whose thread parameters are accord with API Spec 511, were used for physical test, make - up torque was also analyzed with Lame equation. The result shows that casing thread tends to be galling more easy when high make-up torque is used.
