摘要
为了得到某型号坦克用滚针保持架组合件轴承合理的结构并提高其强度,对该滚针轴承保持架的兜孔和内径进行了改进设计,使其满足了滚针保持架组合件轴承的基本运动规律,并通过ANSYS软件对保持架进行了有限元分析,得出模型的应力分布及大小,验证了改进的合理性。
In order to obtain the assembly reasonable structure of needle roller bearing cage used for a certain model tank and increase its strength,the design of the pocket holes and diameter of needle roller bearing cage are improved,so that it meets the basic law of motion of the needle bearing cage assembly.The needle bearing cage assembly is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The stress distribution and size of the model is obtained and the rationality of the improving is proved.
