摘要
根据齿轮传动及凸轮传动的特点,利用柱塞泵完成润滑油的精确供给,提出了一种新的小流量、多点润滑油泵的结构方案。将齿轮端面设计为扇形,有效地将齿轮传动与凸轮机构相结合,从而实现旋转运动与直线运动规律的转换。根据出油口的数量,从理论上对润滑油泵的流量进行分析,得到了润滑油泵流量计算方法,并对某润滑油泵的柱塞运动规律、油腔体积变化及流量曲线进行分析,为润滑油泵的设计提供理论参考。
A structural scheme of novel small flow and multi-lubricating oil pump is presented which employed the plunger pump to supply oil accurately and the character of gear and cam transmission.The pump has integrated the gear and cam by designing the gear end with sector and the transformation from rotation of gear to linear motion of plunger is realized.The method for the flow analysis is stated theoretically and the flow of the pump can be calculated according to the number of oil outlet.The laws of the plunger motion,the chamber change and the flow curve of a lubricating oil pump are analyed.It provides the theoretically reference to the lubrication oil pump.
