摘要
受加工误差及热处理变形等多种因素影响,锥齿轮副实际接触区形态往往与理论计算不一致。针对这一问题,提出了两种测量齿面接触分析的方法,并基于UG平台编写了实现程序。通过计算实例表明,两种方法均能较好的分析齿轮副的实际接触性能。
The real tooth contact zone of spiral bevel gear is usually different with the theoretic result, effected by machining error and heat treatment distortion. In this paper, two TCA (Tooth Contact analysis) methods of measured tooth surface is putted forward. And a calculate programm is developed based on UG platform. In the end, a calculation example is carried out. The result show that both two methods can achieve the TCA of measured tooth surface.
