摘要
针对数控弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机,建立机床加工坐标系,将刀位、切削滚比变化多项式代入轮齿接触分析的过程,以齿面接触路径、传动误差曲线作为评价目标,研究刀位、切削滚比变化对齿面的修正规律。通过举例表明,在不改变切齿刀盘直径的前提下,即可实现对齿长曲率的修正,同时可更加灵活地控制齿面接触路径与传动误差曲线。这一研究丰富了齿面接触区的调控手段,发挥了机床的运动特性。
Based on CNC spiral bevel gear machine,machining coordinates is set up,cradle radial setting and roll ratio polynomials are proposed. Considering contact lines and transmission errors,the polynomials are put into tooth contact analysis process to study tooth profile correcting rules. An example shows that lengthwise curvature modification can be achieved without changing cutter diameter,contact lines and transmission errors can be controlled more easily. The research can enrich tooth profile control means,and develop the machine capabilities dramatically.
