摘要
利用试验装置进行测试、数据采集、分析与比较,测量柴油机滑动轴承在异常间隙下的稳态与非稳态的振动信号,针对轴承与轴径磨损后的振动特征,对测试结果的频率特征、峰值及转速等进行了深入的研究与分析,实现了轴承磨损后间隙增大与振动的准确诊断及预报。
By the experimental apparatus,test,data collection,analysis and comparison are carried out,and the vibration signals of steady-state and non-steady state are measured when the sliding bearing of diesel engine in abnormal gap. By the vibration characteristics of bearings and shaft after worn,the frequency characteristics,peak value and speed of the test results and otherwise are studied. The accurate diagnosis and prediction for increasing gap and vibration after bearings worn are ashieved.
