高线步进式加热炉炉底机构结构强度及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:1

摘要 湘钢高一线加热炉的升降框架与步进框架,由于其自重及多种载荷的影响,边界条件比较复杂,先对加热炉升降框架与步进框架钢结构的载荷分布进行简化后,利用有限元进行理论分析计算,再应用应力应变测试技术测试出应力数据,对计算与测试结果进行比较,根据测试结果进行疲劳寿命分析。分析结果表明,加热炉的升降框架与步进框架疲劳寿命足够,在保证现有负荷条件不变的情况下,可继续使用。 The lifting and stepping frame of a furnace at Xiangtan high-speed wire plant,because of its weight and multiple loads,has complex boundary conditions. In the first step,the loads of the furnace's lifting and stepping frame are simplified,and theoretical analysis and calculation with finite element method are carried out. And then the stress data of the frame are got by stress-strain testing technology,which are compared with the calculation results. Analysis of the fatigue life of the frame is taken by the tested data at last. The analysis shows that the fatigue life of the lifting and stepping frame of the furnace is sufficient,if the existing load conditions can be ensure in the same situation,the furnace could continue to use.
