摘要
本文介绍了一种CO2超临界流体制革实验装置和利用该装置进行的制革工艺过程的探索性研究。研究结果表明,CO2超临界流体可用于制革的脱脂、脱灰、酶脱毛、软化、铬鞣、植鞣和染色加油,具有速度快、作用均匀、完全、基本无残液、剩余物易回收等优点。
This paper introduced the
experimental instruments of CO2 supercritical fluids technique of leather manufacture and the
feasibility study on the leather-making process using the instruments. It was showed that CO2
supercritical fluids can be used in degreasing, deliming, enzymatic unhairing, bating, chrome
tanning, vegetable tanning, dying and fatliquoring. This CO2 supercritical fluids technique has
some advantages such as fast,level, having less wasted liquor and easy to recover the
residue.
