摘要
为了拓宽齿轮的反求建模途径,探索了从曲面重构的角度建立齿轮几何模型的方法。以具有较高运动精度和接触精度要求、用于某重型卡车中桥中行星机构的行星轮为对象,结合Imageware和Pro/E两个软件的优势,进行反求建模研究,先在Imageware中依据测得的点云数据重构出一个轮齿的曲面和一些特征曲线,然后在Pro/E中构建齿轮的整张曲面,最终去除材料得到了基于点云数据的直齿轮实体模型。研究结果表明,通过曲面重构来建立齿轮CAD模型是行之有效的方法。
The method of gear geometric model construction from surface reconstruction is searched to widen ways of the gear reverse engineering modeling.The model reconstruction combining the advantages of Imageware and Pro/E is studied and the solid model based on point-cloud is finally obtained by taking a planetary gear with higher motion accuracy and contact precision as the object in a heavy-duty truck bridge,and the method is reconstruction of one tooth surface and some feature curves in Imageware and then construction of the whole surface of the gear in Pro/E.The result show that the method of building gear CAD model through surface reconstruction is effective.
