摘要
从提高性能、传动效率和换挡品质三个方面分析了液力自动变速器的发展现状。从动力传动系统结构改进、执行机构改进与优化、换挡过程综合控制的角度,分析了缩短动力中断时间、减小换挡冲击以提高机械式自动变速器换挡品质的研究进展,介绍了双离合器自动变速器的技术特点和发展现状。从减少功率损失、提高传动效率、增大转矩容量和提高用户认同度四个方面,分析了无级变速器的发展现状,对自动变速技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The state-of-the-art of hydraulically automatic transmission is analyzed from the aspects of improving performance,transmission efficiency,and shift quality.And the research progress of shift quality enhancement by shortening the time of power interruption and reducing shift jerk for mechanical automated manual transmission is analyzed from the standpoints of structural refinement of power-train,improvement and optimization of actuator and integrated control during gear-shifting process.The technical feature and current situation of dual clutch transmission are also introduced.Furthermore,the up-to-date progresses of continuously variable transmission in reduction of power loss,improvement of transmission efficiency,enlargement of torque capacity,as well as maximization of user acceptance are analyzed.Finally,the development trend of automatic transmission technology is prospected.
