摘要
自山东寿光地区疑似鸭病毒性肝炎的病鸭肝组织中分离到一株鸭肝炎病毒,命名为SG株DHV-Ⅰ。该病毒能被DHV-Ⅰ标准抗血清中和,该病毒第5代病毒尿囊液对12日龄鸭胚的ELD50为10-5.58/0.2 mL,对7日龄雏鸭的LD50为10-4.68/0.2 mL。全基因组序列比较分析发现,SG株DHV-Ⅰ基因组结构为5’UTR-VP0-VP3-VP1-2A1-2A2-2B-2C-3A-3B-3C-3D-3’UTR,与A型DHV-Ⅰ毒株的核苷酸同源性为94.9%~99.7%,氨基酸同源性为94.5%~99.7%,表明SG株DHV为一株A型DHV-Ⅰ强毒。
Duck hepatitis virus 1(DHV-Ⅰ) SG strain was isolated from infected ducklings with clinical symptoms of Duck virus hepatitis(DVH) from Shouguang,Shandong Province in 2007.The virus could be neutralized by DHV-Ⅰ standard anti-serum,while the ELD50 of the fifth allantoic liquid of SG strain detected by 12-day-old duck embryos was 10-5.58/0.2ml and the LD50 detected by 7-day-old ducklings was 10-4.68/0.2ml.Comparative sequence analysis showed that SG strain genetic organization was 5′ UTR-VP0-VP3-VP1-2A1-2A2-2B-2C-3A-3B-3C-3D-3′ UTR,and SG strain shared 94.7%~99.6% similarity at the nucleotide level and 94.5%~99.6% at amino acid level with other strains of A genotype DHV-1.The result indicated the SG strain was an A genotype DHV-Ⅰwith higher pathogenicity.
