摘要 为满足玉米收获机摘穗辊等主要工作部件的设计和室内试验的需要,在对国内玉米收获机结构、工作参数和收获工艺进行调查研究的基础上,设计了一种新型多功能玉米收获实验台。试验台主要由台架、植株喂入装置、电气控制等部分组成,台架可安装玉米割台和剥皮装置,植株喂入装置包括支架、输送链、夹持板等。通过改变摘穗辊间隙、转速以及植株株距、行距、喂入速度等,测试不同工况下的功耗、收获质量;在台架上更换剥皮装置,调节工作参数,还可以测试剥皮作业功耗和质量。经过试验验证,试验台具有良好的适应性。 In order to meet the needs of for the design and laboratory testing,a new multi-functional test-bed corn harvest corn harvesting machine's main working parts,has been designed based on the research of domestic corn-harvester structure,technical parameters and harvesting technics.This corn harvesting test-bed mainly includes metal frame,plant feeding device and electric control system.Corn cut sets and peeling device can be installed on the metal frame.Plant feeding device mainly cornsist of rack,conveyor chain,clamp plate,etc.Power consumption and harvesting quality in different cases can be tested by adjusting the pickear roll's gap,speed,plant spacing,tinewidth and feeding speed,etc.The power consumption and quality of peeling can be measured by changing peeling device and adjusting work parameter.the experiments tell that this corn harvesting test-bed has a good adaptability.
