摘要
通过对摆线的长期研究,找到了摆线的法线运动规律,演绎出内摆线、外摆线、平摆线三者相互共轭,发现滑动率极低、准纯滚动啮合的泛摆线齿轮传动;建立了它们的法线、等距线、曲率半径和啮合轨迹等数学模型。详细论述了泛摆线齿轮的啮合原理,以及它们的啮合轨迹、齿廓系数与重合度的关系。拓展出用滚刀、插齿刀准确加工泛摆线齿轮的方法。试验制造出的泛摆线齿轮减速机,通过专业检测,印证了准纯滚动的泛摆线齿轮理论。初步分析了泛摆线齿轮传动的特点。
After extensive research on cycloids,a law of cycloidal normal line movement is discovered.Mutual conjugates of hypocycloid,epicycloids and horizontal cycloid,and low meshing sliding rate at prospective pure rolling meshing transmission in universal cycloid gear are proposed.A mathematic models of normal line,the equidistance curve and curvature radius and the meshing track are established.The meshing principle in universal cycloidal gear,as well as their relationship between meshing track,tooth outline coefficient and contact ratio are discussed.Furthermore,based on the theory,a precise processing method of universal cycloidal gear with the hob and shaper is proposed.A universal cycloidal gear reductor is manufacturer.By test,the theory of prospective pure rolling universal cycloidal gear is verified.An analysis on the characteristics of the transmission in cycloidal gear is also carried out.
