摘要
离合器的控制研究一直是AMT研究的关键。为了提高离合器执行器直流电机伺服系统的抗扰动性和响应速度,在传统控制的基础上,结合生物免疫调节和模糊控制理论,提出了一种模糊免疫PID控制方案,该控制方案由一个模糊PID控制器和一个基本的P型模糊免疫控制器串联而成。利用Matlab/Simulink Fuzzy模块建立模糊免疫PID控制器,对建立的直流电机数学模型进行仿真研究。结果表明,与传统的PID控制器相比,该系统具有响应时间短、超调量小等优点。
The study of clutch control is the key part of AMT. In order to improve the interference rejection and the response speed of the DC motor servo system of the clutch actuator,a fuzzy-immune PID control scheme,which is composed of a fuzzy PID controller and a basic P-type fuzzy-immune controller is presented based on traditional control theory,biological immune principle and fuzzy control theory.A fuzzy-immune PID controller model is established and the simulation of DC motor is carried out by Matlab/ Simulink Fuzzy.Compared with the traditional PID controller,the results show that there are some advantages,such as the shorter response time,the smaller overshoot and so on.
