摘要
在驱动对转螺旋桨时,须将高速单轴电机转速降低,为此提出了一种适用于水下航行器对转驱动的减速器。对该减速器的原理进行了介绍,通过运动学与动力学分析,揭示了此种减速器具有平衡电动机反作用力矩的特性,从而可以减轻航行器横滚控制系统的压力;在减速器减速比的讨论上,提出了此种减速器的减速比除了取决于本身特性外,还取决于双轴的负载特性;并通过对负载电机特性及电池放电特性的分析,总结了设计此种减速器驱动应注意的关键问题,最后给出算例,为此种减速器在航行器上的应用提供了有力证据。
The rotational speed of high speed single axle electromotor must be reduced when driving the contra rotating propeller,and then a reducer which is suitable for underwater vehicles is designed.The construction principle and characteristics of the gear reducer is analyzed.Analysis results of motorial and dynamic characteristic of the gear reducer show that this kind of gear reducer can balance reaction torque itself,which can reduce the pressure of vehicle roll control system.Also through analysing the characteristics of electromotor and battery which has influence on the gear reducer,several key aspects in designing such kind of reducer is concluded.An example is given at last,ant provided strong evidence for the application in underwater vehicles of this kind of gear reducer.
