摘要
分析了锥面渐开线和球面渐开线的差异对锥齿轮模型造成的精度误差。渐开线的精度决定了齿形的精度,因此理想渐开线的建立是轮齿精度的保证。在UG/NX Grip二次开发环境下,利用球面渐开线方程,结合直齿圆锥齿轮的结构特点,完成齿轮的二次开发程序并成功运行。通过人机交互改变齿轮的基本参数,即可获取所需的齿轮模型,实现精确的理想锥齿轮的三维实体的快速建模。
The influence of the differences of the conical involutes and the spherical involutes on the accuracy error of the model of bevel gear is analyzed.The Accuracy of involutes determine that of the gear tooth profile,so the establishment of ideal involutes can ensure the tooth accuracy.In the secondary development environment of UG/NX Grip,using the spherical involute equation and the structural features of the straight tooth bevel gear,a secondary development program of the gear is completed and run successful,By changing the gear basic parameters of the gears though the program of human-computer interaction,the 3D model of the ideal bevel gear can be achieved.
