摘要
介绍了一种实用的蜗轮副传动误差测试方法与实验系统。该系统采用了FPGA、USB2.0等先进技术,保证了测试工作的高精度和良好的重复性,也满足了高速采集和实时传输的需要。介绍了用定量机械移相法进行精度自检和用双观测进行重复性检验的方法,并得到测试系统精度为±0.136%,重复性为0.85″,满足一级蜗轮副检定要求。
A practical measurement method and experimental system of the transmission error measurement for1 worm gear pair is presented.In order to satisfy the requirement of high-speed data acquisition and real-time transport,this system use advanced technology such as FPGA、USB2.0 to make sure of high measurement precision and good repeatability.A precision automatic detection and repeatability measurement method with qualitative mechanic phase-shifting technology is also presented,the system precision can reach ±0.136% and repeatability can reach 0.85″ that can meet the test standard requirement of Level I worm gear pair.
