摘要
论述了平压模切机执行机构节能优化设计的设计思路和设计方法,以曲柄轴的最大驱动转矩最小为目标函数,采用MATLAB优化算法,获得了机构动力参数的最优方案,降低了机器的功率能耗,达到了节能的目的。为工厂进行产品设计提供了实用的设计方法。
The design ideas and method of the energy-saving optimization design for the press mechanism of platen die cutting machine are discussed.The optimum scheme of the dynamic parameters for the mechanism is achieved using the objective function for the minimum of the maximum driving force based on MATLAB.It reduced energy consumption,and achieved the energy-saving target.And it provides practical design methods of the product design for the manufactory.
