摘要
台风是威胁船舶系泊最为严重的灾难性天气之一,船舶为了避免或减少可能带来的危害,必须采取适当的措施。文章针对不同风速及流速作用下,对系泊船舶的纵向力及艏艉部的横向受力进行分析,并对不同系泊方式的系缆力进行计算,提出系缆方式及安全措施。
Typhoon is one of the most serious disastrous weather to ship＇s mooring. In order to avoid or reduce the potential hazards, appropriate measures must be taken. This paper analyses the ship＇s mooring forces under different wind speed and current velocity, calculating the rope＇s force under different mooring mode and giving the proper and safe ways.
