摘要
SY-1船电动液压舵机冲舵故障自出厂至今已存在30多年,文章根据其控制机构现场工作状况和对关键部件的测量分析,提出并论述了该舵机浮动杠杆与十字头销之间的转动销传动方式导致冲舵的系统设计原因,对冲舵值进行理论推导,并提出解决方法。
The dynamo-electric hydraulic steering engine of SY-1 ship has been suffering overrun rudder angle fault for more than 30 years since its delivery from factory. This paper expounds and proves reasons in system design, which is based on the investigation of on-site working condition of control mechanism, with the analysis and measurement to key components. Accordingly a solution is proposed.
