摘要
目前,中国旅游市场已基本处于买方市场阶段,旅游供给主体只有通过产品的不断创新,才能满足多样化的市场需求。业态创新是产品创新的主要方面,随着旅游市场竞争的加剧,旅游供给主体越来越关注业态的创新,尤其是旅游新业态不断受到多方面的关注。中国旅游度假区发展历史较短,很多旅游度假区在发展中往往度假产品特色不明显,最终成为观光型的旅游区。旅游度假区有其独特的特点,其旅游业态也与其他类型的旅游目的地存在较大的差异。在参考旅游业态类型划分的基础上,提出了旅游度假区的业态类型结构。在此基础上,以安徽省万佛湖省级旅游度假区为例,具体分析了该度假区的旅游业态构成和存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展对策,以期为旅游度假区的旅游发展提供实践指导。
Currently, as tourism market proceeding into the stage of buyer's market, the tourism suppliers can only meet various demands through continuous product innovations. Be the main component of product innovations,format innovations,especially the new tourism formats are paid more and more attentions in the more severe competitive tourism market. In China,as many tourism resorts can not provide unique vacation products, they became sight-seeing destinations finally. Tourism resorts share their own characteristics,and their format alike. Based on the classification of tourism formats, the formats of tourism resorts are classified. Taking provincial tourism resort, Wan-fo Lake in Anhui Province as an example,the structure and problems of its formats are analyzed. And also,some countermeasures are offered so as to promoting the development of tourism resorts.
