在我国,信息技术、计量技术、电子技术、网络技术、传播技术等诸多技术开始被运用于行政领域,电子政务、网络民主是当前技术行政的典型形式。新兴技术正在为我国公共行政的进步做出贡献。与此同时,技术理性的过分增长不可避免地在一定程度上造成自由与意义的丧失。随着技术行政的发展,科学发展观应作为专家治理、行政运行、技术操作的基本标尺,贯穿于我国公共行政的全过程,走和谐发展的技术行政之路。

In China,many technologies have been used in administrative areas,including information technology,measurement technology,electronics technology,network technology and communication technology,among which the e-government and network democracy are the typical forms of technical administration.While new technologies are making great contribution to the progress of public administration,the excessive rise of technical rationality is inevitably causing the loss of freedom and meaning.With the development of technical administration,the scientific outlook on development should be adopted as the basic standard of the administrative operation,expert management and technical operations in the whole process of public administration in China for the harmonious development of the technical administration.
