铝粉对酚醛环氧体系固化动力学过程的影响

Effects of aluminium on cure kinetics of novolac epoxy systems

摘要 为了研究金属铝粉末对酚醛环氧树脂体系固化过程的影响,采用非等温DSC法分别对纯树脂、0.5份Al、1份Al体系进行了不同升温速率条件下(3℃/min、5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min)的固化动态行为分析.确定了体系为中低温固化体系,反应温度低于65℃,金属铝粉的加入使体系的表观活化能从2 020.64 J/mol降至1 702.99 J/mol,反应级数下降为0.54,特征固化温度提高了近5℃,同温度下的固化度有所下降. In order to investigate the influence of metal aluminium powder on a novolac epoxy system, a non-isothermal DSC method was used to analyze the dynamic behaviors of the cure of pure resin, namely 0.5 pieces of Al and one piece of the aluminum system under different temperature rise speed conditions (3℃/min, 5℃/min, 10℃/ min, 15℃/min). The results show that this is a medium to lowe〉temperature cure system as the reaction temperature is less than 65℃. Due to the addition of metallic aluminum powder, the apparent activation energy of the system (Ea) decreased from 2 020.6 J/tool to 1 702.99 J/tool, the reaction order (n) decreased to 0.54, and the specific curing temperature ( Tv) increased by about 5℃ while the cure degree (α) at the same temperature decreased slightly.
