摘要
为促进水资源可持续利用,在建立城市水资源可持续利用评价指标体系的基础上,采用层次分析法和综合指数法对厦门市2001—2007年水资源利用水平进行评价。结果表明:厦门市水资源可持续利用水平相对较高且总体呈上升趋势,主要得益于水资源与社会、经济、环境的协调水平较高;相对而言,厦门市水资源系统发展水平较低。针对水资源可持续利用中存在的问题,从开源、节流、保质和管理4个方面提出建议。
In order to promote sustainable utilization of water resources, the sustainable utilization level of water resources from 2001 to 2007 in Xiamen was evaluated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and composite index method based on construction of the index system of sustainable utilization of urban water resources. The results showed that sustainable utilization level of water resources in Xiamen was relatively higher and had a rising trend, which was mainly due to good coordination of water resources with the society, economy, and environment. In comparison, the development level of the water resources system was low in Xiamen. According to the existing problems in the sustainable utilization of water resources, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for exploration, saving, quality and management.
