为保障沈阳市供水安全,改善沈阳市水景观、修复已遭破坏的水生态与水环境,彻底解决或缓解沈阳市的严重缺水矛盾,加快沈阳老工业基地的调整、改造和发展步伐,提出面向沈北地区供水安全的水资源配置方案。根据未来不同水平年6种情形的需水方案,对沈北地区规划供水工程进行置换和组合,衍生出不同的水资源配置方案,通过对各配置方案的缺水率、总投资以及综合效益进行分析,给出推荐方案,相应的工程规模为推荐工程规模,为沈北地区近远期的工程布局和分步实施提供科学依据。
