摘要
报道了稀土配合物与大豆蛋白质的作用、红外光谱、紫外光谱和X射线光电子能谱的分析,结果表明:大豆蛋白质与稀土发生了配位作用.抑菌活性试验结果表明:新型稀土配合物能赋予大豆蛋白质具有较强的广谱抑菌性能.
The acting of soy protein with a novel rare earth complex is described. Coordination of between soy protein and rare earth ion are characterized by IR spectra, UV spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Antibacterial abili ty test shows that mixtures of soy protein with a novel rare earth complex has effective wide range antiseptic properties.
