炉膛出口烟气温度信号软测量研究

摘要 针对炉膛出口烟气温度信号不易在线连续测量的问题,利用电站锅炉的热力计算公式构造炉膛出口烟气温度软测量模型。根据某电厂实际数据进行计算,并采用间接验证的手段验证了软测量的结果能够较好地反映炉膛出口烟温的变化,并且响应速度比机组负荷信号快。为了进一步简化计算,构造了能够反映炉膛出口烟气携带热量变化的信号,计算分析表明:该信号响应速度快,而且更能反映烟气侧对汽水侧高温段温度的影响情况,利于运行人员对汽温系统进行优化控制。 Against the question that signal for boiler outlet flue gas temperature is not easily on-line measured continuously, soft-sensing model of boiler outlet flue gas temperature can be constructed by using thermodynamic calculation formula of power plant station. According to actual data of power station and using the means of indirect verification, the result of this model can better reflect the changes of boiler outlet flue gas temperatures and the response speed is faster than the unit load. A new heat signal is constructed which is more simple calculation and represents the heat variation of boiler outlet flue gas better. It can be used for control optimization of steam temperature system.
