摘要
采用相反转法制备了水性环氧乳液,考察了乳化剂用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、共溶剂用量对乳液性能的影响,并利用纳米粒度分析仪对水性环氧乳液粒径进行了表征。实验结果表明:当乳化剂用量10%,乳化温度65℃,乳化时间1.25 h,共溶剂用量4%时,乳液的综合性能良好,乳液平均粒径770 nm,涂膜硬度3H,附着力1级。
A waterborne epoxy emulsion was prepared by the phase inversion method.The influences of emulsifier amount,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time,and cosolvent amount were investigated.The particle size of the emulsion was characterized by nano particle size analyzer.The results showed that the emulsifier amount was 10%,the emulsifying temperature was 65℃,the emulsifying time was 1.25 h,and the cosolvent amount was 4%,the comprehensive performance of the emulsion was better.The average particle size of the emulsion was 770 nm,the coating hardness was 3H,and adhesion was 1.
