摘要
目的建立头孢西丁钠原料中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法采用毛细管柱顶空进样系统程序升温法,色谱柱为6%氰丙基苯基-94%二甲基聚氧硅烷的毛细管柱(DB-624,30 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm);程序升温,60℃维持2 min,以每分钟20℃升温至140℃;检测器FID,温度250℃;进样口温度200℃。结果建立的色谱方法在所考察的浓度范围内,线性关系良好,各溶剂回收率符合要求。结论本法灵敏、准确,适用于头孢西丁钠原料中有机残留量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of organic solvent residue in cefoxitin sodium.Methods Headspace capillary gas chromatography was applied.Chromatographic conditions were: capillary column(DB-624,0.25 μm,30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm);temperature programming started at 60℃,holding for 2 min,then increased to 140℃ at a rate of 20℃/min;the temperature of flame ionization detector(FID) was 250℃;the injector temperature was 200℃.Results A good linear relationship was found within the studied range and the reovery could meet the requirment.Conclusion The established method is sensitive,accurate,and suitable for the determination of the organic solvent residue in cefoxitin sodium.
