摘要
目的:通过双通道基因表达谱芯片技术,分析老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证以药测证基因表达水平的异常。方法:采用病证结合的诊断标准,筛选老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证患者3例治疗前后采血,分离白细胞,提取总RNA,做基因芯片检测。结果:经Microsoft excel和Microsoft office Access软件筛选,老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证以药测证,获得22条差异表达基因,主要涉及生理过程,免疫相关的基因。结论:老龄冠心病心肾阳虚证的发生涉及一系列免疫和生理紊乱的复杂的过程,与动脉硬化存在密切关联。
Objective:To analyze the differentially expressed genes related to aged coronary heart disease with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome by dual-channel gene microarray technology of gene expression profiles.Methods:With diagnosis of combination between disease and syndrome,3 patients of aged coronary heart disease with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome were selected for taking blood,isolating leukocytes,extracting total RNA and doing microarray test.Results:Through screening of "Microsoft excel"and"Microsoft office access"software of aged coronary heart disease with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome patients by syndrome differentiation through drug effects,we acquired 22 differentially expressed genes,mainly involving physiological process and immune-related genes.Conclusion:The incidence of coronary heart disease with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome associated with a series of complex process involving immune and physiological disturbance and it may be closely related to atherosclerosis.
