《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》用药规律初探

《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》(以下简称《辅行诀》)出自敦煌遗本,后经张大昌先生献给中医研究院,对研究汤液经法、伤寒论的演变传承,及经方的用药组方规律具有重要的学术价值。文章通过对《辅行诀》五脏补泻方、汤液经法五行图、二十五味药表的对照、比较、分析,重点以肝脏补泻方为例,初步阐释了《辅行诀》中五脏补泻方的组方用药规律。
