三九贴双向调节及治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效观察

Bidirectional Regulation of Three-nine Application and Clinical Effect Observation of Which Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的：根据传统中医＂夏病冬治及冬病冬治＂理论体悟,阐述夏病冬治或冬病冬治的双向调节治疗,通过钻研古籍及家传古法自制敷贴配方,首创辨证施贴不同的穴位且10次为1个疗程的三九贴疗程,比较治疗过敏性鼻炎与一般三九敷贴的疗效。方法：153例过敏性鼻炎患者,传统3次治疗40例为疗效观察第1组1,0次主穴敷贴治疗51例为第2组,10次辨证施贴治疗62例为第3组。第1组仅一九、二九及三九3天敷贴治疗;第2组为2天1次连续敷贴10次治疗;第3组与第2组同10次治疗疗程外,并进行个体辨证施贴。每次敷贴4~6h。结果：应用敷贴治疗过敏性鼻炎153例,取得满意的疗效。153例总有效率为88.89%,第1组总有效率为75.00%;第2组总有效率为88.24%;第3组总有效率为98.38%,3组间差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：三九敷贴治疗集内治外治于一身,融药力与理化刺激于一体,多位点调节身体机能,增强机体免疫功能,且无内服药的诸多弊端,经济安全,疗效显著,此疗程在治疗过敏性鼻炎方面取得的满意疗效,方法简便,贵在持续巩固,不失为临床治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法。

Objective： The bidirectional regulation treatment is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of＂treating summer diseases in winter and treating winter disease in summer＂.According to the ancient books and traditional application formula,we selected different points according to syndrome differentiation to create the＂three-nine application＂,containing ten times as a treatment period.We compared the effect of this therapy with common three-nine application in treating allergic rhinitis.Method：The study included 153 patients of allergic rhinitis,the first group had 40 patients treated in traditional method which containing three times in a period of treatment,the second group had 51 patients treated in the main points but ten times in a period of treatment,the third group had 62 patients treated according to syndrome differentiation,ten times in a period of treatment as the second group.The first group only treated in the first nine-day,the second nine-day and the third nine-day period after the winter solstice.The second group treated once in two days and continued ten times in the thirty days after the winter solstice.The third group selected different points treated according to syndrome differentiation.4~6 hours in one treatment.Results：153 cases of allergic rhinitis application treatment,the efficacy is satisfactory.153 cases of the total effective rate was 88.89%,the first group total effective rate was 75.00%,second group total effective rate was 88.24%,the third group the total effective rate was 98.38%,difference among the three groups was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The therapy of＂three-nine application＂had the internal and external treatment function,which melted the drug and physicochemical stimulus in one,used a number of points to regulate bodily functions and enhance immune function,and no many problems caused by internal medicine,economical,security,and the key point is that has a significant effect.The therapy of allergic rhinitis is effective and simple way in clinical which achieved satisfactory effects in treatment periods,and which made a continuous consolidation role.
