贵州布依族7项人类学特征的研究

An investigation on 7 human population genetic characters of Buyi nationality in Guizhou

目的:了解贵州布依族部分遗传性状的分布特征。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对贵州平塘县426名布依族(男性222人,女性204人)的卷舌、叠舌、前额发际、发旋、耵聍、中指毛和小指弯曲7对遗传性状进行调查。结果:贵州布依族卷舌、叠舌、前额发际、发旋、耵聍、中指毛和小指弯曲显性性状出现率分别为87.8%、54.0%、21.8%、60.8%、27.2%、23.7%、93.7%。其中,男性分别为83.8%、52.3%、28.8%、62.2%、25.7%、32.0%、94.1%,女性分别为92.2%、55.9%、14.2%、69.3%、28.9%、14.7%、93.1%。结论:贵州布依族7对遗传性状的分布特征存在性别差异,且彼此相关性极小。

Objective： To understand the features of some genetic characters of Buyi nationality in Guizhou. Method： A morphological survey on 426 random people of the Buyi （male 222, female 204） living in Pingtang county in Guizhou were carried out in July 2010. Meanwhile, the frequencies of 7 genetic characters were calculated, and its＇ correlations were analyzed. Results ： The frequencies of dominant genetic characters of the curly sides of tongue, curly top of tongue, front form of hair, hair whirl, cerumen, hair of middle finger, curl of little finger were 87.8% , 54.0% , 21.8%, 60.8%, 27.2% , 23.7% , 93.7% respectively. Those of males were 83.8%, 52. 3%, 28.8%, 62. 5%, 25.7%, 32.0%, 94. 1%, and of females were 92. 2%, 55.9%, 14.2%, 59.3%, 28.9%, 14.7%, 93.1% respectively. Conclusions： Seven genetic characters have differences in sex of the Buyi in Guizhou, but these indices show extremely little corrections.
