摘要
依据Al基体极易被烧碱水溶液腐蚀,而TiC和AlN陶瓷粒子化学稳定性很高而不易被碱水溶液腐蚀的特点,采用10%NaOH腐蚀法对TiC-AlN/Al复合材料进行了两种增强体的体积分数的分别定量测定。实验证明这种方法对自生金属基复合材料增强体体积分数的测定简单、有效,从而对更精确的研究自生金属基复合材料微观组织与力学性能的关系提供了良好的数据基础。
Based on the characteristics that aluminum matrix is easy corroded by NaOH water solution,but TiC and AlN ceramic particles with a high chemical steadiness are not corroded in same condition,the volume fraction of TiC and AlN ceramic particles in insitu composite has been measured quantitatively by the corrosion method of 10% NaOH water solution. It is proved that this method of volume fraction measurement is effective and simple for the insitu MMCs with two kinds of reinforcements in the matrix of the composite, so the quantitative measurement of reinforcement volume fraction is considered to serve a series of firm bases of data for the study on the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of composite.
