摘要
报道了一种新型高效率、低阈值激光晶体Nb∶S-FAP的激光特性,利用染料激光和LD作为泵浦源,分别研究了Nd∶S-FAP晶体激光器的脉冲和连续输出的激光特性,染料激光泵浦Nb∶S-FAP激光器的泵浦阈值为2.5mJ,斜效率为49%;LD泵浦Nd∶FAP激光器的泵浦值为9mW,斜效率为37.3%;LD泵浦Nd∶S-FAP/KTP腔内倍频激光器的泵浦阈值为12.1mW,光-光转换效率为9.5%。
High efficiency,low threshold laser crystal Nd3+ doped Sr5(PO4)3F,or NdSFAP has been reported in this paperUsing a tunable dyelaser(5750nm) and diode laser (LD) as pump source, we have realized the performance of total polarized NdSFAP laser at 10594nm and intracavity doubling NdSFAP/KTP laser at 5327nm.The lowest threshold and the highest slope efficiency are 25mJ and 49% for the NdSFAP laser pumped by dyelaser;the threshold and the slope efficiency are 9mW and 373% for the NdSFAP laser pumped by LD;the threshold and the lightlight efficiency are 121mW and 95% for the intracavity doubling NdSFAP/KTP laser pumped by LD, respectively
