微量Y对铸造Ni_(50)Al_(20)Fe_(30)合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了不同Y含量对铸造Ni50Al20Fe30合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,微量Y的加入可以改善Ni50Al20Fe30合金的强度与塑性。Y含量为0.05wt%~0.1wt%是合金的最佳含量范围。微量Y的加入影响合金的共晶区,可明显改变合金的微观组织形态。在Y含量为0.1wt%时,合金主要处于β(NiAl)相与γ相的共晶区,这对合金的室温塑性极为有利。 The effect of Y contents on microstructure and mechanical properties of a cast Ni50Al20Fe30 alloy has been investigated The results show that minor Y addion can improve the strength and the ductility of the Ni50Al20Fe30 alloy The 005wt%01 wt% Y content is optimal addtion in the alloy The minor Y can influence the eutectic zone and morphology in the alloy When doping with 01 wt% Y content, the alloy mainly constituted of fine eutictic microstructure of (NiAl) and phase This microstructure is of benefit to ductility at room temperature
