RP-HPLC法测定木莲树皮中厚朴酚的含量

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定傣药木莲(Manglietia fordiana Oliv.)树皮中厚朴酚的含量。方法:ZirchromC_(18)(200×4.6mm,5u),乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长290nm,柱温:30℃,外标定量法。结果:厚朴酚在0.05896~5.896μg范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.9999;样品溶液在24h内稳定,日内精密度良好,RSD=0.82%;平均回收率为98.28%,RSD为3.3%(n=9)。结论:本方法测定木莲树皮中厚朴酚的含量专属性强,精密度好,结果准确可靠。 Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method to determine content of Magnolol in bark of Mulina (Manglietia fordiana Oliv.).Methods: RP -HPLC method was used.Zirchrom C_(18) (200 × 4.6mm,5u) was used.The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-0.5% H3P04 solution (50:50) and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 290 nm.Column temperature: 30℃. Results:The linear range of determination of Magnolol was 0.05896~5.896 μg,r=0.9999; the sample solution was stable within 24h,the precision in a day was good,RSD=0.82%;the average recovery results of Magnolol were 98.28%,RSD % 3.3%(n=9).Conclusion:This method was good specialty and precision to determine content of Magnolol in bark of Mulina, results were accurate and credible.
