摘要
在考虑轮齿变形及轮齿微观修形的情况下,对轮齿的实际啮合过程进行了理论分析。利用J.Derek Smith介绍的方法,构建了一对齿轮副传动误差的理论计算模型,探讨了二级传动传动误差的计算方法。针对某二级传动齿轮箱,搭建了传动误差测试系统,并对该齿轮箱在不同工况下的传动误差进行测量。对实验数据和理论计算数据进行对比分析,修正了二级传动传动误差的计算模型,得到了较为合理的二级传动传动误差计算模型。
In this paper, the process of tooth meshing is analyzed theoretically with considering the shaft, bearing, box, tooth deformation, and tooth micro-modification. Base on J. Derek Smith' s introduction, gears' theoretical calculation model of transmission error is developed, and the transmis- sion error of two-stage drive transmission is discussed. According to certain two-stage drive transmis- sion gearbox, the test system of transmission error is constructed, and the transmission error of the gear box is measured in different conditions. By comparing the experimental data with the theoretical calcu- lations, the calculation model of the secondary transmission error is refined, and a more reasonable model is put forward .
