摘要
犬人工授精技术是一项先进的繁殖技术。针对人工授精中精液采集及品质检测、稀释液筛选、精液冷冻与解冻、输精部位等各个环节研究现状进行了综述,从而为犬精液冷冻以及犬的繁殖与人工授精技术的研究提供参考依据。
Canine artificial fertilization is a progressive breeding technology. The paper reviews the present research of every stages of artificial fertilization including semen collection, quality evaluation, diluents selection, semen freezing and unfreezing, and insemination sites, so as to provide a reference for research about canine semen freezing, breeding and artificial insemination.
