摘要文章试从生物多样性价值评价角度出发,并根据在OECD成员国实践案例阐述不同生物多样性价值适应的方案。 The importance of the harmony between urban ecological environmental protection and sustainable economic development has been valued by the international community and countries. However, in urban biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of the program design and implementation, the policy development and incentive measure design process, appropriate methods are necessary for their identification and developing measures to establish a comprehensive and diverse target system and programs, in the face of the complexity of biological diversity and its multiple values. This paper tries to evaluate from the perspective of the value of biodiversity, according to practical cases in the OECD member countries, and to describe the value of biodiversity to adapt to different programs.
