日粮精氨酸水平对2~3月龄肉兔生长性能、免疫、血液生化指标及激素水平的影响 被引量:5

Effect of dietary arginine supplement levels on growth performance,immunity indexes and blood metabolites of 2-3 month-old meat rabbits

摘要 选用2月龄生长肉兔150只,随机分成5组,在基础日粮中添加不同水平的精氨酸(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%),预试期7 d,正试期23 d。结果显示,日粮精氨酸水平对2~3月龄生长肉兔的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、肝脏指数、免疫球蛋白M和G(IgM和IgG)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清类胰岛素生长因子1(IGF-1)、血清生长激素(GH)和血清胰岛素(Ins)含量均无显著影响(P〉0.05);血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量随日粮精氨酸水平的增加极显著提高(P〈0.01),日粮精氨酸水平对血清胆固醇(CHO)含量影响极显著(P=0.002 3),对血清尿素氮(SUN)含量影响显著(P=0.011 6)。结果表明,2~3月龄生长肉兔日粮中已不需要再额外添加精氨酸。 A total of 150,two month old meat rabbits were randomly assigned to five treatments to investigate the effect of arginine on growth performance、immunity indexes,blood metabolites and hormone concentration in serum.Arginine supplement levels were 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6% and 0.8%.The results showed that:dietary arginine levels had no significant effect on average daily gain(ADG),average daily intake(ADI),feed/gain(F/G),thymus index,spleen index,liver index,serum IgG,IgM,total protein(TP),insulin(Ins),growth factor(GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-Ⅰ) concentration(P0.05).With the increase of dietary arginine levels,the serum IgA concentration increased(P0.01),the dietary arginine levels affected significantly serum cholesterol(CHO) concentration(P=0.002 3) and serum urine nitrogen(SUN)(P=0.011 6).Therefore,2 to 3-month-old growing meat rabbits don not need add additional arginine in the diets.
