摘要
设计了基于飞思卡尔MC9S12D64单片机的无刷直流电动机控制驱动系统的电路,论述了该控制系统的软、硬件实现方法,它以MC9S12D64单片机为控制中心,由IR2110驱动MOSFET功率逆变器,实现三相六拍的PWM调制的直流无刷电机的控制。实验结果表明,该设计硬件简单,功耗低,可应用到150℃高温环境,电机运行稳定可靠。
The paper designed a BLDC's control system based on Freescale microchip MC9S12D64, dissertated the hardware and software of the control system to achieve the BLDC's control of three phase six step based on PWM method , it used MC9S12D64 microchip as the control and disposal center, using IR2110 to drive the MOSFET power inverter. The experimental results indicate that the hardware design is simple, power dissipation is low. The BLDC can smoothly and reliable run even if the control circuit is used in 150℃ environment.
