关于中国煤炭企业跨国经营问题的思考

An Analysis of Transnational Operations of Chinese Coal Enterprises

随着信息技术和经济全球化的快速发展,中国成为世界最主要经济增长体,对外贸易结构发生了显著变化,已经由资本、技术的引进型向输出型转变,越来越多的企业纷纷"走出去",开展跨国经营。中国煤炭企业近十年不断发展壮大,一些龙头企业已经具备开发海外资源的基本条件,但是,由于受所处发展阶段、企业外部因素和自身内部因素影响,存在着制约国际化进程的种种问题,"走出去"的步伐较慢,解决好这些问题,利用机遇和自身优势,制定切实可行的战略,完善战略实施的措施,成为煤炭企业目前亟待解决的问题。

With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, China has become one of the most important bodies of economic growth in the world. China＇ s foreign trade structure has changed a lot. More and more multinational companies have started transnational management. The chinese coal enterprises continued to grow and develop in recent years. Some leading companies already have the basic conditions for developing overseas resources. But there are also many issues restrict the process of internationalization. Therefore, coal enterprises should make use of opportunities and their own advantages, develop practical strategies and improve implementation of the strategy.
