摘要
焦平面集成技术将成为新一代多光谱扫描仪发展的重要关键技术,文章对焦平面集成技术进行了探讨。新一代多光谱扫描仪的焦平面集成技术包括微型组合滤光片、焦面探测器技术、焦面低噪声读出技术、信号处理技术及其组件耦合技术,文章以可见光平面为例,分析了焦平面集成技术存在的问题和可能的解决途径。
